The Wedding Vibes
Enchanted Hills Estate is designed for couples who want the feel of a private estate wedding: scenic, elevated, and nature-forward, without losing the “intentional” touches (like a pond-side gazebo and twinkle lights). The venue notes it borders a nature preserve/wilderness preserve and highlights mountain views, a pond, gazebo, and twinkling lights as signature features.

Is Enchanted Hills Estate All-Inclusive?
Yes, it can be. The venue offers venue-only and all-inclusive packages. If you love convenience (and fewer vendor decisions), all-inclusive can be a big stress reliever. Their all-inclusive package includes:
- venue rental
- catering
- bar service
- month-of coordinator
- DJ
- cake
You can bring your own insured vendors, and Enchanted Hills can also provide a preferred vendor list if you want recommendations. I am a preferred vendor at the Enchanted Hills Estate. Inquire with me here to see if I’m available for your wedding date!
Can my guest list fit comfortably, and does the flow make sense?
Enchanted Hills Estate can accommodate a full wedding guest count of up to 250 seated, making it a strong fit for everything from mid-size celebrations to larger weddings that still want an estate feel.
For the ceremony, Enchanted Hills Estate is known for its rolling-hill views and open-air setting. With a capacity of up to 350 seated guests (and up to 500 standing), this gives couples flexibility for larger ceremonies or more spacious seating layouts.
When it’s time to transition into the celebration, the huge lawn serves as the reception space. A beautiful setting with oak trees and the canopy of string lights overhead, creating that classic outdoor-reception atmosphere, especially once the sun goes down.
Another standout feature is the getting ready house, which is included as part of the experience and is typically used for getting ready or hosting cocktail hour. With a wraparound patio overlooking the pond and gazebo, it naturally becomes a hub for pre-ceremony moments and guest mingling. It can comfortable seat 80 guests (or 120 standing), and couples often use it for welcome events, cocktail hour, or smaller gatherings tied into the wedding weekend.
If you’re planning a guest count in the 200-250 range, it’s worth asking the venue how they recommend using each space so your timeline and flow feel intentional, and so guests never feel like they’re trekking from one moment to the next.
Getting Ready On-Site
One of the biggest quality-of-life wins at estate venues is having a true “home base” on the property. There is a spacious bridal suite plus an additional getting-ready suite as part of the Enchanted Hills wedding experience. It’s a comfortable start to the day, with multiple rooms and separate getting-ready areas.
